DBT Process Groups

Our DBT Process Groups offer a unique DBT program for adult clients with shared experiences and characteristics. The associated skills groups will give these clients an opportunity to learn DBT skills alongside a small group of their peers.

Chronic Illness & Pain Group (16-Week Program)

Program Overview

Find Relief Through Connection: Join Our 16-Week DBT Group for Chronic Illness & Pain.

Learn DBT skills to manage pain, reduce distress, and build supportive connections through our structured, 16-week support group for individuals living with chronic illness or pain. Led by Su Henriquez and András Barat, participants will learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to manage distress, build acceptance, and foster supportive relationships.

Program Length: 16 weeks

Session Duration: 60 minutes per weekly session

When: Wednesday 5:00pm to 6:00pm Pacific Time

Location: Virtual on Zoom

Who Can Join: Clients located in CA, NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, FL living with chronic illness or pain are invited to join this group.

 

DBT for ADHD Group (10-Week Program)

Program Overview

Master ADHD Challenges with Proven DBT Skills: Join our 10-week program to build organization, focus, and emotional resilience.

A comprehensive 10-week support group designed for adults with ADHD. Participants will gain practical DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills to manage ADHD-related challenges, from impulsivity to emotion regulation, in a supportive group setting. Led by Elle Silberberg.

Program Length: 10 weeks

Session Duration: 60 minutes per weekly session

When: Wednesday 5:00pm to 6:00pm Pacific Time

Location: Virtual on Zoom

Who Can Join: Clients located in CA experiencing ADHD.
