Molly Dallmar is dedicated to helping individuals acquire the skills necessary to lead more present and fulfilling lives. She employs mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to support her clients, focusing on assisting those who struggle with managing their emotions, coping with life changes, and improving their relationships.

 
 

Her goal is to provide a safe and understanding environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop practical solutions using DBT skills. 

 
 

Background & Licensure


After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, Molly spent nearly a decade working in the corporate world. Feeling a pull towards a more meaningful career, she decided to follow her passion for supporting people by transitioning into wellness coaching and becoming certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Her experience in coaching sparked a desire to work with people more deeply, prompting her to pursue a master's in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University. Since then, she has worked with a diverse group of individuals who seek to live more joyful and meaningful lives.
