Licensed Therapist

Caroline Bryan is a DBT-focused therapist who works primarily with adolescents, young adults, families, and women in transition. She helps clients build lives that feel more stable, meaningful, and aligned with their values by teaching practical, evidence-based DBT skills they can use in everyday life.

Caroline specializes in supporting teens and young adults navigating intense emotions, trauma, identity development, and complex family and peer relationships. She frequently works with families and caregivers, offering parent coaching so DBT concepts can be applied at home and the entire family system can become more regulated, connected, and resilient.

Her style is warm, grounded, nonjudgmental, and skills-based, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and mind–body practices. Clients come to Caroline for support with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, and major life transitions—especially when they feel pressure to “hold it all together” while struggling privately. She prioritizes emotional safety, genuine connection, and tailoring DBT strategies to each person’s developmental stage, family context, strengths, and goals.
